The Community is on the east side of Calle Zorrera, the road that leads from El Rancho to La Cala, and comprises individual villas standing in their own large plots.
Thirty seven villas are completed, all with well established gardens, and a further three are to be constructed. Most of the villas are serviced by our own cul-de-sac road.
The views from these properties, high above La Manga Club, are stupendous, looking out over the tops of Las Brisas and Las Higueras to the golf courses and the Mar Menor.
