Tinky · Office Manager

Any information that you may need to do with your household administrative tasks Tinky will have it at her finger tips, contracts, insurance, change of electricity company, you name it she´s got it.

Carmen · Housekeeping Manager

Coordinates with the cleaning/ laundry company, managers and the inspectors to make sure your property is tailored to your requirements upon arrival.

Lucia · Housekeeping

Are your properties eyes and ears, carrying out the monthly inspections and reporting back to you as well as overseeing that the cleans are up to standard.

Patricia · Housekeeping

Lucia Cañavate · Administrator

Issues your monthly invoices. She also supports both Tinky and Carmen with their roles.

Dorleta · Receptionist

Dorleta is our receptionist who meets and greets everyone that comes through the door. She oversees the rentals and owners reservations, provides information about the local area and can book you a taxi or a boat trip.

Ruben · Pool Technician

Keeps the private pools to the optimum levels, leaving you to relax and enjoy your swim.

Juan · Maintenance

Juan is our General Maintenance Worker , he keeps the properties running smoothly. He will be happy to help with any required repairs or installations.
