Las Barracas villa

This is a large property of approximately 450 m² built,  aprox 300m² floor space, on a 1.137 m² plot in the local countryside of Los Belones called Las Barracas.

The villa has a nice porch with views to the Mar Menor, a large pool terrace, a guesthouse in the second floor with a very large terrace and views not only to the Mar Menor but also to the hills and fields around.

From the gated driveway, you arrive at a low maintenance front garden and the main door with a porch and views to the Mar Menor. Monte Mares is a stunning villa situated on an elevated area of La Manga Club. It is close to the road leading to La Cala beach and spans three floors. This comfortable and well-furnished Monte Leon villa, with stunning views overlooking the Resort as well as the Mar Menor. An excellent location for your holiday.

On the entry level of this detached villa, you have a large open plan living area with separate dinning area.

On the right there is a spacious bedroom with a King size bed and fitted wardrobes. A shower room with wash basin and WC is located to the left as you enter the Villa.

There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can access both the dining and living areas out onto the large terrace.

The terrace has a terrace table and chairs besides a chill out area, with relaxing terrace seating. From this terrace there is one staircase leading up to an additional sun terrace. You will find sunbeds and another staircase leading down to the pool.

On the lower floor, there are three bedrooms. All the beds are Hotel quality King-size Linx beds with the ability to act as singles or King size.

The 3 bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, 2 of them with shower and the master one with a wide bath, plus 2 washbasins, toilet as well as a separate shower unit.

You can access the pool terrace from the Master bedroom via sliding patio doors besides from another access door at the bottom of the stairs.

The kidney shaped pool has terracing for you to relax on the sunbeds and the area is very private and secluded.

Set in an ideal location between the hotel in the centre of La Manga Club, this villa with large garden and pool area is an excellent choice for your holiday. As you enter the villa there is a great feeling of space and light.

The lounge has black leather sofas offering plenty of seating for ten people. Club TV system with several English channels & internet are available. There are three bedrooms on this living level, comprising two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, with two bathrooms also on this level.

The open plan kitchen has recently been refurbished. The kitchen looks out to the large dining & lounge areas.

Steps lead down from the kitchen to the large gardens and the pool area, which has AstroTurf around the pool perimeter and plenty of sun loungers. There is also a BBQ area near the pool – perfect for self-catering on those long, balmy evenings. Two further bedrooms are located on the pool level with separate external access, not via the Villa. Both these bedrooms each have 2 x single beds and its own bathrooms. The utility room is located on this lower level. Easy walking distance to all the centrally located bars, shops and restaurants. The villa is spacious and well laid out over three levels, from which you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun from a total of four terraces. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a guest cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have single beds but in one bedroom the single beds are extra wide. There is also a cloakroom with WC on this level. There is a staircase leading up to the living level with an open plan lounge and dining area both of which lead out to the spacious sun terrace. On this level also is the fully fitted and well equipped Kitchen. A staircase leads up to top level where the large Master bedroom is located with a king size bed. An en suite bathroom is also on this level. From here you access the swimming pool and terrace area (with sun beds).

Montemares 10

It is our privilege to offer for sale this impressive five-bedroom villa in Montemares, a prestigious community in La Manga Club. The villa has large double security gate and a pedestrian gate, which lead to the off-street parking area and large garage, with access from here to the lower hallway and bedroom. To the right are steps leading up to the impressive colonial-style covered veranda, overlooking the pool and with beautiful views over the Club down to the Mar Menor.
