Accessed by 4 steps, the apartment is of an open plan design giving a feeling of great space and light.

From the lounge ( with an open fire ) and dining area you access the large terrace with table and chairs to enjoy outside dining whilst marveling at the superb views over the golf course and to the Mar Menor beyond. Sun loungers also supplied on this terrace

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom has twin beds, usually made into a king. Master en suite has separate bath (with shower attachment) and walk-in shower and two wash hand basins. The second bedroom with twin beds (can be made into a king ) has ample wardrobe space and a separate bathroom, with bath and overhead shower attachment. Enjoy the three 18-hole championship golf courses just a short drive away. La Manga Club is also very close to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean with an extensive choice of water sports. Horse riding and Go Karting facilities are also close by.
