In the ground floor there is a terrace with access from the living room and from the kitchen at only few metres from the heated pool of the community.
The kitchen has a generous size and well equipped and with a utility room for laundry and storage, it also has a large hatch to the dining area that can be knocked down to make a modern open kitchen. Also on this level there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.

In the First floor there are another 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bigger bedroom has an en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and a small terrace.
In the large basement there is a living room with sofas and TV, a double bedroom, a shower room, and a games room with a snooker table.

Los Naranjos

Located in the heart of the resort, this villa offers off-road parking, a private swimming pool and plenty of living space, making it the ideal choice for families. The tastefully decorated living room features modern furnishings including a marble chimney place. The kitchen has a classic decor, boasting grey stone surfaces and wooden cabinets.

The wooden dining table hosts eight people. The open plan lounge/dining area leads to a covered terrace via double slighting French windows. The outside area faeturs a large patio, a garden and a private swimming pool. The pool can be heated at an extra cost. You can have a safety fence installed for small children. An outdoor BBQ station, table, chairs, and sunshade are available.

A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor. The room has a double bed. A small bathroom is also located close to the kitchen area.

Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and one leads to a sun terrace. Stairs from there go to a roof terrace with great views.

The villa is within walking distance of the supermarket, restaurants, bars, and the Tennis center.

The villa has air conditioning and free WiFi. Baby/toddler packs are provided at no extra charge, including a stair gate, high chair, blender, pool safety fence, travel cot bed, bed-side safety rails, sterilizer, potty, kiddie toilet seat, bath mat, change mat, bowls, beakers, and cutlery.

The dining area easily accommodates up to ten people. From here, patio doors open onto a charming elevated, covered terrace adorned with a large dining table and chairs. Accessible via a staircase from this terrace, you’ll find the pool and additional terraces below.

Adjacent to the lounge, the well-equipped kitchen, recently renewed, leads to a spacious terrace with comfortable seating. This terrace overlooks the gardens and pool area, and it boasts an in-built BBQ on the middle level.

On the ground floor, to the right of the entrance hall, you’ll discover two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 conveniently offers single beds that can easily convert into a large double bed. As you head upstairs, you’ll uncover two more bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be joined to create a large double bed if preferred. These two bedrooms collectively share a bathroom on the same level, equipped with a bath and separate shower. This delightful space features a charming pergola, providing comfortable chairs and a table for your enjoyment. Additionally, a staircase from this level grants access to the spacious roof terrace.
