You will be very comfortable when holidaying in this well located El Rancho, very close to one of the nine El Rancho community pools. The living level is very spacious with an open plan lounge and leather furniture and the dining area furniture is also very modern, comfortably seating 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. From the lounge you have direct access onto the well-appointed and extended sun terrace, with built-in BBQ, terrace table and 8 chairs and a sun awning. From here, enjoy the views to the pool and the Mar Menor. All of the four bedrooms are located on the lower level, accessed by a staircase. The Master bedroom has a king size bed (can be made up as 2 singles if required) and there is enough space in this bedroom for two cots or a child´s bed. The en suite bathroom has been refurbished to a very high standard and has a bath as well as a separate shower. Bedroom three has two single beds (can be made into a king size bed) and its own en suite bathroom with a shower unit. Bedroom 2 also has two single beds (can be made into a king size) and bedroom 4 has 1 x single bed with a pull out single bed underneath. Easy walking distance to Bellaluz Plaza and to the other centres within La Manga Club with restaurants and bars.
