As you enter the property, the Kitchen is on the right hand side and has a window overlooking the rear patio. With granite work tops, this fully fitted kitchen includes separate hob & oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The open plan dining and lounge areas are comfortably furnished with ample seating for four people. Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto the front terrace area. This apartment has the great advantage of two shower rooms, each with wash hand basin and WC. Both bedrooms have twin beds, which can also be made up into a King size bed on request. From the master bedroom, sliding double doors lead out to the rear patio which is tastefully furnished with terrace table and chairs and sun loungers.
