We understand that owners will enjoy using their properties in different ways: some will visit with family and friends for weekends or longer periods, others may wish to rent their property as a holiday let or for the longer term . The specific services we can offer you are:

• MAINTENANCE AND BUILDING WORK: From changing a light bulb to building an extension our dedicated team of professionals will ensure that any building or maintenance work you wish to have carried out will be done in the most efficient, cost-effective, and timely manner. Please be assured that no job is too small or too big for us. On your behalf we can arrange any type of building works, perhaps a new kitchen or bathroom, possibly relaying a terrace. We will oversee the project and keep you informed with photos and videos of progress, so you feel reassured by the work being done.
  
  
• REFURBISHMENT WORK: Because we speak Spanish and English the team can advise on and source the necessary services to carry out any refurbishment work you require. As an example, should you wish to have some curtains fitted a curtain supplier and fitter will visit you at your property, they will then show you designs and patterns whilst advising on any suitable options. All at your own convenience and without the need to take a trip to the shops or an office, what could be simpler!
  
  
• RENTALS: we can offer you a comprehensive rental service so that you can maximise the income from your property. Not only do we receive direct rental requests, we also actively work with a network of rental companies internationally so your property will benefit from the maximum level of exposure.
  
  
• PROPERTY INSPECTIONS: Properties that are not habitually occupied can be subject to unwelcome problems if not managed during your absence. When your property is empty, we will carry out inspections at agreed intervals. The inspections will include airing the property so helping to prevent a build-up of humidity, checking for water leaks and minimising the risk of any pest infestations, also ensuring that all white goods and electrical items are kept in correct working order. Your property will be on a permanent ready to go status whenever you wish to stay at the property or to be used by others, even if that is on a whim . Additionally, you will cover your commitment to your insurance company which will state that someone is at the property on a regular basis.
  
  
• COMPREHENSIVE CLEANING SERVICE: we can offer you cost-effective and efficient solutions to your cleaning and laundry needs, whether this is prior to or during your visit, or / otherwise in preparation for any rental guests.
